  • To design, build, and manage your website under our WaaS agreement.

  • To process payments and send invoices through Stripe.

  • To improve our services and develop new features based on client feedback.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. We may share limited information with the following:

  • Payment processors: Stripe processes all payments. Their privacy policy governs how they handle your billing information.
  • Hosting providers: Your website is hosted on infrastructure managed by Upscale Sites. We use industry-standard hosting services to ensure uptime and security.

Client websites built by Upscale Sites will only include cookies or tracking scripts that the Client specifically requests (such as Google Analytics). We will inform the Client of any third-party scripts added to their site.
