Trades work is hard enough.
Upscale Sites started with websites. Building them was the easy part. What kept coming up was that a good site did not fix the actual problem, because the calls it generated were landing in the same voicemail box nobody checked.
An owner running a crew cannot answer the phone at 2pm. He picks it up at 6, calls back at 7, and the customer already hired whoever answered first. That is not a marketing problem. Nothing about a nicer homepage fixes it.
The other half of it is language. Plenty of the people calling a contractor in Queens speak Spanish, and almost every automated reply they get is in English. That is a customer lost for no reason at all.
So the product changed. The website is still built and still maintained, but it is the thing the system runs on rather than the thing being sold. What you are actually buying is that nobody who tries to reach you gets ignored.

Two rounds of revision are built into every build. You mark up what's off, I fix it. Most land by the second pass.
