One price.Published, not quoted.
Most agencies make you sit through a call before they will tell you a number. Here it is: $499 to set up, $249 a month. That is the whole price list. There is no tier above it holding the good features hostage.
$5,000–$15,000 typical agency build
$249/mo
+ $499 one-time setup
Your first 30 days are free. Monthly billing starts 30 days after you sign up.
A first draft within 30 days of your content, or we return the setup fee in full.
What that comes to
Written out, so you are not doing the multiplication in your head while someone talks at you.
- Setup, once
- $499
- First 12 months11 payments, because month one is free
- $2,739
- Year one, all in
- $3,238
- Each year after
- $2,988
Year one lands under the low end of a single agency build, and unlike that build it includes hosting, maintenance, and every edit you ask for. The trade-off is honest: keep paying and it keeps being maintained. Stop, and it stops. You are never locked into a year of it.
What you get for it
Split by what happens once and what happens every month, so you can see which part of the price is doing what.
The one-time setup fee
In the build
- The pages your business needs, agreed with you during onboarding
- A custom design, with two rounds of revision before anything goes live
- Written and laid out mobile-first, because that is where your customers are
- Click-to-call on every page, so a phone number is never more than one tap
- Live in 7 to 10 business days from the day your content is complete
Every month, included
Hosting and upkeep
- Managed hosting, with nothing for you to configure or renew
- SSL certificate, kept valid
- Daily backups
- Uptime monitoring
- Security updates applied as they ship
- Analytics set up so you can see what your site is actually doing
Every month, included
Changes and support
- Unlimited edits to anything already on your site
- Most edits back in 2 business days, and never later than 5
- You message the person who built the site, not a ticket queue
- SEO foundation: title tags, meta descriptions, alt text, clean structure
- Your Google Business Profile connected to the site
What costs extra
Every subscription has a boundary. Ours is the difference between changing what is on your site and building something new. Here is exactly where that line sits.
Building something that is not there yet
A new page, a booking system, an online store. Anything that has to be built rather than changed gets a written quote before we start. You approve the number first, and we never bill for work you did not approve.
Your domain name
You own your domain and you pay your registrar directly, usually somewhere around $15 a year. We keep it in your name on purpose. If you ever leave, you take it with you without asking us for anything.
Paid advertising
Google Ads, Meta ads, and anything else where you are buying traffic. We do not run ad campaigns, and we do not take a cut of ad spend.
Photography and copywriting from scratch
We lay out and edit what you give us. If you need a photographer on a job site or a full set of service pages written from nothing, that is a quote, and often it is cheaper to shoot the photos yourself on a decent phone.
The rule underneath all four: nothing gets billed that you have not seen a number for and said yes to. If we quote you $400 for a new service page and you decide against it, that is the end of it. No minimum, no pressure, and your monthly price does not move.
How the billing actually runs
Four moments, in order.
You sign up
You pay the $499 setup fee at checkout and accept the service agreement. Work starts. Nothing else is charged yet.
Free month
Your first 30 days carry no monthly fee. In most cases your site is designed, revised, and live inside that window.
First $249
Monthly billing begins, 30 days after you signed up, and recurs on that date each month.
You can leave
Give 30 days' written notice. Either of us can. No penalty and no exit fee, and your site stays live through the period you have paid for.
The part you should readbefore you pay anyone.
Two things worth knowing up front, because finding them out later is how people end up feeling cheated.
What we will not promise
We do not guarantee a Google ranking. Nobody can, and the ones who do are selling you something. We set the technical foundation properly and where you land is Google's call.
We do not guarantee uptime as a number. We monitor it, we host on infrastructure built for it, and we fix things fast. But a percentage in a marketing headline is not a commitment anyone can keep, so we do not print one.
What we do commit to is in writing and on this page: the launch window, the edit turnaround, the revision rounds, the refund, and the price.
What happens if you leave
You keep your content, your images, your logo files, your domain, and every lead your contact form ever collected. Within 14 days of leaving you get an archive of all of it.
What you do not keep is the site itself. We own the code and the platform it runs on, and it cannot be moved to another host. That is the trade that keeps this $249 instead of $5,000, and we would rather you know it now than discover it on your way out.
In practice: you leave with everything a new designer needs to rebuild for you, and without the build itself.
Your rate is locked for as long as you stay.
We just launched. For the first ten clients, the monthly price you start at is the price you keep, even after our published rate goes up. It only resets if your subscription lapses. That is the whole offer. There is no countdown timer on it and we are not going to invent one.
